Chair and founder Amy moved to Pennsylvania after spending her life growing up in Ohio. Having spent the better part of her life living paycheck-to-paycheck and struggling to make ends meet, she has a deep understanding of the struggles that many people in our community face. She has been a part of the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade and an advocate almost just as long. She is excited to see the organization grow and help more people. Amy lives with her roommate and two cats and spends her free time playing video games, reading, woodworking, and taking walks.

Claire Williams director-at-large for Rainbow Passage

Claire Williams is our Director-at-Large, one of the founding members, she helps to guide our strategy and vision for the future. She has been a part of the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade and an advocate almost just as long. Deeply involved in her community, Claire is involved in many activism activities and is the person to go to if you need help with anything. Claire lives with her family in Texas and as such is helping to get others in the state out to safety.

Terra Baker Dir. of Fundraising for Rainbow Passage

Terra Baker is director of fundraising for Rainbow Passage. She has been a part of the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade and an advocate almost just as long. She has been a part of the Rainbow Passage team since its inception and is excited to see the organization grow and help more people. Terra lives with her partner in the Pacific Northwest and spends a great deal of her time volunteering and helping out those less well off.

Yonah Jasper Director of Outreach for Rainbow Passage

Director of Outreach

Yonah is an educator, advocate, and ASL interpreter. They have served on their colleges PRIDE society, the LGBTQ+ Committee at the Jewish Community Center, and the Trans Advocacy Coalition of Oklahoma. Yonah is passionate about increasing trans visibility, activism, resilience, and joy.

Will Burnside, Director of Casework for Rainbow Passage

Will Burnside is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has been an avid ally of the LGBTQ+ community for some time. He has been a part of the Rainbow Passage team since its inception and is excited to see the organization grow and help more people. Will started as one of our main volunteers and has since moved up to become our Director of Client Casework. Will loves antiquing and spending time with his family.

Director of Live Media, Noelle Rocha for Rainbow Passage

Director of Live Media

Noelle Rocha is our Director of Live Media. Responsible for overseeing our live media productions, she has been a part of the Rainbow Passage team since early on and has become a vital part of our team. Noelle lives with her partner and their dog and cats and spends her free time playing video games, reading, and watching movies.

Lexi Linnell Director at large for Rainbow Passage

Lexi Linnell was our first Director of Treasury. Responsible for overseeing our finances and making sure that we are able to help as many people as possible. She has been a part of the Rainbow Passage team since inception and her department has been vital in coming up with new ways to help people and new way for us to afford it. Lexi lives with her roommate and two cats in Southwest Pennsylvania and spends her free time playing video games, reading, learning new languages, and watching movies. As we grew as an org Lexi moved to Director-at-large.

Danielle Beckmann Director of Personnel for Rainbow Passage

Danielle Beckmann has spent 15 years working in activism and social justice projects. She has worked closely with Alaskan groups to help the LGBTIA+ community, BLM, and Homeless projects. She is a school bus driver in Alaska, after being a Chef for 15 years. When she isn’t working or working with activism, she’s nerding out. Danielle worked with Yellow Brick Road when they merged with Rainbow Passage in 2024.

Moss Bailey Director of Rebuild for Rainbow Passage

Moss Bailey is a molecular biologist by day and a crafter by night. They are passionate about trans rights and making the world a better place for all. Their vision is to connect trans people with the communities and services they need most. Moss worked with Yellow Brick Road when they merged with Rainbow Passage in 2024.

Animal J. Smith Director of Resettle for Rainbow Passage

Director of Resettle

Animal J. Smith is a longtime LGBTQ+ and AIDS/HIV activist based in San Francisco (ACT/UP, Queer Nation SF in the 1990's, 34+ years living with HIV/AIDS). Animal worked with Yellow Brick Road when they merged with Rainbow Passage in 2024.

Tara TJ Reigel Secretary Director and Treasury Director of the Board for Rainbow Passage

Tara "TJ" Reigel

Secretary Director of the Board & Treasurer

TJ is a full time accountant with educational backgrounds in accounting, business, and environmental studies. In her free time, TJ enjoys spending time with her partner and their two kiddos, birding with her local Audubon society buddies, and creating pottery. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, TJ is inspired to bring communities together through art and experiences.
